Cooking time: 15 minutes

Start by making the sauce. Crush the garlic cloves without peeling them and then put them in a saucepan. Add the soy sauce, ginger, liquid honey and chilli.Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat and let blobloter gently for ten minutes, watching carefully, you have the sauce is syrupy.
Brush the skewers with the sauce and let marinate just time to light your BBQ or fifteen minutes.
