Salad with mustard potato with beans and herbs!
Ingredients: Mustard Maille Sauterne (I almost use it in pesto ... next time) - Sauterne Maille vinegar 1tbs - 500g small new potatoes (preferences of different colors) - 1 twenty green beans and butter beans as much - 1 or 2 red onions - 3or 4 leafless stems tarragon - 1 rod plucked dill - 2 cases of olive oil - Salt and pepper
Start by separately cook the potatoes, do not peel, wash them well before cooking, and the two kinds of beans, let them cool and then immersing them in a large bowl of cold water.
Cut into very thin slices of onion.

Mix the olive oil and vinegar with some salt and pepper.

Cut the cold potatoes into slices and beans into small sections.
