On Friday it's back to the future ... Chocolate truffles and Guinness because August will be furiously chocolate!

Ay I came back to me from Berlin, this strange country where it grows more sausages than cocoa plans. I came back in with a furious desire caught out there that I have not been able to fill, a passion to chocolate!

Must say that over there they eat, pretty much the same, but chocolate side it was a bit dull full. Yes I know I could catch me hock cravings smoking or foaming beer, but I can not have the urge to order and I would say that sometimes ...

Sometimes I feel like frits mussels arriving towards Barcelona or churros con chocolate just to his foot wth ... Sometimes I have the urge to contradict the place where my feet are placed Berlin ... and therefore I felt like chocolate! And as I am not one of those who think one desire is never as good as when she is not quenched, suddenly in August will furiously chocolate!

And so finally I looked in July a recipe in my archives with lots of chocolate in a recipe that made me travel side ... Dublin!

Chocolate truffles and Guinness
Ingredients: 250g dark chocolate - 10cl whole cream - 2cl Guinness - ½ tsp grated zest of fine orange - the nuts lightly browned dehydrated coconut
Pour the cream into a bowl and Guinness and a bowl coarsely chopped chocolate.
Heat the cream and gently melt the chocolate. Add the orange zest and cream.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, cover and leave like that three minutes.
Mix well and refrigerate until the mixture is cold but not completely hard, otherwise you will not be able to roll the truffles.

Take the equivalent of a small tablespoon of dough, roll it between the palms, watch hurry it melts! Either way you'll end up with hands encholatées well but it seems that chocolate mask is good for the skin!
When you have finished all the truffles roll them in coconut and let cool two hours.
And you will see that the taste of Guinness and the orange ... you'll see!

But why, like I'd go eat sardines in Dublin ... I ... did I tell you that ...
